Marcie and Brad were married almost a month ago and it was all AMAZING! What did they have to say about the services they received from our team?
Hi Madeline,
I wanted to thank everyone as Madelines for making our wedding day amazing. We were so happy with our wedding day coordinators, Sarah and Sara. They were so calm and collected the day of the wedding and really understanding and helpful. They kept reminding us that it was our day and that we could do whatever we wanted. It really made us feel comfortable and helped alot with the nerves on the wedding day. Sara emailed me in the morning to touch base and then met me right at the limo to take me in and make sure Brad didn’t see me. It was perfect. I really didn’t want him to see me before and they made sure that didn’t happen. Everytime I had a question or concern they were so quick to deal with it and get it handled. I felt so at ease and was able to really take it all in and enjoy it as they took care of everything for us. They were really great with the guests and the other people
working eventhough some guests may have been a little difficult at times especially when we tried to close the bar before dinner. 
Our coordinators were on top of everything during the reception that I don’t actually think I left the table during the dinner. They also came to chat with us when they were done to make sure we didn’t have anything else we needed which really let us enjoy the dancing and not worry about anything.
The decor was amazing. At our first meeting, I was a little undecided but Jamie executed what I wanted to a tee. The linens, the head table, the backdrop and the colour splash were exactly what I wanted. We received so many compliments on the ballroom and the Madeline’s Weddings team made it look stunning. The head table was done beautifully. The rose petals and the candles really made it look amazing. My cousin’s 3 year old daughter really
liked the sparkles on the crystal backdrop. 
Everything fit together so well and really made it elegant.
Madelines services were fantastic. Everyone did such an amazing job dealing with us and quickly answered any questions or concerns I had. They were also great at giving me suggestions when I wasn’t sure how something happened or when. It made the planning process really enjoyable as I was confident that you guys would do a great job. At first, I really didn’t think we would need coordinating services but I am so happy we had them. I hear from so many people that time flies by and they don’t get to enjoy it and honestly it was the most amazing day and we got to enjoy every minute of it since we didn’t have any worries. I couldn’t even imagine how stressful it would have been without you guys.
The planning process was so easy as you and Jamie asnwered any questions I had so quickly. Everything went so smoothly and everyone was a pleasure to deal with and so helpful. It was the most amazing day and we will never forget it.
